Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information about our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be mailed postmarked within 5 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, email customer service at wwesternstoremexico@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. After receiving the authorization, securely place the items in their original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Attention: Returns
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable mailing method for your return. You can also request a prepaid shipping label. If you use a prepaid shipping label, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping costs.
REFUNDS
If you are returning or exchanging an item due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund and cover all shipping costs incurred in sending the item to you and pay the costs of returning it to us.
After receiving your return and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 2-3 days from the date we receive your item for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on your card issuer.
